In 2012, lingerie designer Sarah Norwood released her first PDF sewing pattern so that her blog followers could try their hand at sewing lingerie. The experience of seeing everyone learn and experiment with lingerie-making was so inspiring, Sarah decided to launch an entire collection of Lingerie Sewing Patterns! The Cindy Pattern allows you to sew a vintage style long line bra, bodysuit, and high waist panties. The retro-look bra offers full coverage over the bust, and flexible sizing due to the soft cups, which can be lined or unlined. This complex pattern is geared towards intermediate to advanced level sewists. It has been developed to allow you to truly customize the fit through “connect the dot” seams and some basic pattern manipulation. The Peridot Bralette is designed be to sewn in lightweight woven fabrics which means you can use all of those pretty satin, chiffon, and crepe fabrics to create a unique and comfortable bra. I have developed this pattern to be made with easy to find notions – it has no fancy elastics or specialty hardware besides a simple bra-back closure. This light weight bra is perfect for smaller cup sizes, but can easily be adapted for fuller figures as well. It is also suitable for knit fabrics.

They are designed so that you can use pretty woven fabrics, like satin, charmeuse, and flannel – any lightweight woven with good bias stretch will work!
