With the holidays right around the corner, it's time to pull out the sewing machine and sew up pajamas for you and your family. While looking for the perfect tutorial I stumbled across this very easy to follow
Pajama Pant Tutorial from Melissa Mora of
Melly Sews. To create your perfect fitting pants, she also shows you
how to draft a pajama pattern using an existing pair of pajamas. Melissa's tutorials are great because they combine written instruction and clear images to take you every step of the way. Enjoy!
One thing that I love about this tutorial, is that Melissa provides options on how to customize your new pants! She reviews how to create either an elastic waistband or a drawstring waistband. She also demonstrates how to add cuffs, and even shows how she adds piping into the cuff seam for a professional finish.
Soft knit fabrics will make the perfect pajama pants! Depending on how you want them to feel, you could use
