Tutorial Tuesday :: Cape Scarf DIY by The Sewing Rabbit

Next week is the official start of the winter season and that means scarves, sweaters, and long sleeves are in order. Recently I stumbled across this Cape Scarf DIY from Jess Abbott of The Sewing Rabbit and it is perfect for the cooler weather! Inspired by a cape scarf from Madewell's Fall 2015 catalog, it is both incredibly trendy and comfortable and this is cape scarf is sure to become one of your favorite new accessories to wear.

Jess's instructions are so simple to follow with illustrations that match her written directions. Before you know it, you'll want to make cape scarves as presents for all of your friends and family!

We hope you enjoy this tutorial! We love to see what you sew up so please send 1-2 images of any project you make with Girl Charlee Fabrics to gcblog@girlcharlee.com and you might see your creation featured in our next KnitPicks!

Happy sewing!
