Girl Charlee Knitriffic Blogs :: See Kate Sew

Our November Knitriffic Blog features See Kate Sew, a sewing blog written by the talented pattern designer and fashion enthusiast Kate Blocher. On her blog Kate shares sewing tutorials, free patterns, sewing 101 tips, personal projects, and much more. See Kate Sew is especially Knitriffic because the majority of her projects, whether for kids or adults, are sewn with various knit fabrics.
In addition to so many projects being made with knit fabrics, one of my favorite things about this blog is the wide range of topics that Kate writes about. For example, she shares her projects and pattern reviews like these adorable tribal baby leggings that were sewn up with Go To Leggings Sewing Pattern. She also sews several pattern fusions, including this one where she combined the Sophie Shift Sewing Pattern and the Callie Top Sewing Pattern, and the result was this adorable dress with ruffled sleeves. Kate even offers many free sewing patterns and add ons like this aztec vest pocket which is the perfect addition to your little ones vest. There is something for everyone to love!

Below are a few of our favorite sewing patterns from See Kate Sew. With adorable patterns available for both women and kids, these are sure to make you the most stylish family in your neighborhood! Shop See Kate Sew and many more indie sewing patterns in the Girl Charlee Pattern Shop today!

If you have a favorite sewing blog let us know all about it in the comments, or email gcblog@girlcharlee.com and we might feature it in our next Knitriffic Blogs post!

Happy sewing!
