About Heather ::

Hi! My name is Heather Carlino, owner of Rose & Belle Clothing. My shop name and every piece that I create is inspired by my 2 miracle babies, Liliana Belle and Hazel Rose.

I started my little business 2 years ago, selling Crochet Headwraps. Eventually, my hands grew tired and bored of crocheting all day, so I dug out my sewing machine that my grandmother had gifted me for Christmas a few years back, and started sewing headbands! After a year, my desire to make little girl clothing was very strong, so I knew I had to at least try!

I'm so glad I made that choice. I've found so much creativity inside of me that I never knew I had! And, I'm able to help support my little family while working from home. Every single piece that comes out of my shop is designed, created, packaged, and shipped by me. I strive to provide adorable, yet comfortable clothing for little ladies!
