Girl Charlee Knitriffic Blogs :: MADE

Our February Knitriffic Blog features MADE, a helpful sewing blog written by the exceptionally talented Dana Willard. Dana's goal with her blog is to show readers that they can make beautiful items and garments using minimal supplies. Her blog is full of various sewing tutorials that often illustrate multiple ways to create the same thing. Dana is an excellent teacher to learn from, as she is extremely fun and encouraging to her readers.

One of the newest features of Dana's blog is her video series- MADE Everyday with Dana. These videos are perfect for demonstrating how to make everyday items that are so quick and easy to sew. Of course my favorite video is How to sew a T-shirt. In it, you learn how to make basic tees for you and your little ones.

Another thing that I love about MADE is the series called Ask Dana. Here, Dana answers questions that are sure to benefit readers of all different sewing level. She even encourages readers to email her additional questions that aren't already answered.
