NEW Sewing Patterns from Mountain Ash Designs



Today we welcome Mountain Ash Designs into our collection of indie children's sewing patterns! These knit-friendly sewing patterns are designed for ease of movement and are perfect for little ones who practice gymnastics, dancing, swimming, and much more! Mountain Ash Designs
Mountain Ash Designs specialises in patterns for active people leading active lives. Garments are designed for comfort when wearing and freedom of movement, with a focus on gymnastics wear, dance wear, swim wear and everyday basics. Mountain Ash Designs patterns will ensure you are ready to dance, tumble, swim, perform and play.


Make your own singlet tops, yoga shorts and skirts using this pdf sewing pattern. For the singlet top there are 2 choices included in the pattern. A classic round neckline at the front and back or a classic neckline at the front and a 'V' neckline at the back. For the skirts there is the choice of a slim fitting A-Line skirt or a full circle skirt. Shorts can either be worn as they are or can be added to the skirt to allow for more modest hanstands and cartwheels. Both the skirts and the shorts have a soft stretchy yoga waistband (no elastic needed!).

Sew your own beautiful ballet costumes with this pdf sewing pattern. This sewing pattern includes options for beautiful modern, lyrical or classic dance costumes. Two options are included in the pattern. The basic pattern includes a leotard with a plain bodice and soft net dance skirt. The second option includes a princess bodice leotard with soft flutter sleeves and soft floating circle skirt.

Sew your own Summer pjs using this pdf sewing pattern. Lucy features shorts and a fitted singlet top. Pyjamas are quick to sew up and comfortable to wear.

Try one of these fabrics:
Elizabeth features 2 styles of leotard with an attached handkerchief skirt. The first style has a round neck at the back, making it a simple, classic and easy to sew up dance costume. The second style features ribbon lacing at the back for an elegant design that goes beyond the basics.
