Tutorial Tuesday :: Knit Infinity Scarf from Needle, Ink and Thread

Not sure what to make with your small cuts and Mystery Mix Fabrics? With just a 1/4 yard of your favorite knit fabric, you can now sew a stylish accessory to wear year-round! We partnered with Jesy Anderson of Needle, Ink and Thread to bring you this fabulous Knit Infinity Scarf Tutorial, that you will want to sew again and again to coordinate with each of your outfits. Click here for the entire tutorial and happy sewing!

Jesy's tutorial includes helpful tips for sewing with knits along with step-by-step time lapsed videos to visually demonstrate the sewing procress from start to finish.

Any stretch knit fabric would be great for your new scarf including Cotton Jersey, Cotton Lycra, Hacci Sweater, Ponte de Roma, and more! As you only need 1/4 yard of knit fabric, you can start your search with a 1/4 Yard Mystery Mix Lot (currently on sale for HALF OFF!). A few of my picks from the store:
We hope you enjoy this tutorial! We love to see what you sew up so please send 1-2 images* of any project you make with Girl Charlee Fabrics to gcblog@girlcharlee.com and you might see your creation featured in our next Knit Picks!
