Tutorial Tuesday :: How to Make an Agnes Dress from Tilly and the Buttons

To create the gathered style, Tilly describes how to sew rows of gather stitches along the top edge of the skirt and then how to properly pull them until the skirt evenly fits the top. Be sure to pull the threads from both ends so that you don't pull them out of the garment while you gather.
