Tutorial Tuesday :: Asymmetrical Wrap Skirt from Cotton and Curls

Skirts and summer go hand in hand, so when I found this trendy Asymmetrical Wrap Skirt Tutorial from Liz of Cotton and Curls, I knew it would make for an excellent Tutorial Tuesday feature. This standout wardrobe piece is stylish and fun to wear for many different occasions. You will soon find that this wrap skirt is perfect for a cool beach cover up and is just as fabulous for a night out on the town! Enjoy!

Liz takes you every step of the way in adding your fun zipper closer to the front of the skirt. This creates the wrap effect that makes this skirt so unique.

Try sewing your skirt in a more structured knit like a ponte de roma or stretch denim fabric.  A few of my picks from the store:

We hope you enjoy this tutorial! We love to see what you sew up so please send 1-2 images of any project you make with Girl Charlee Fabrics to gcblog@girlcharlee.com and you might see your creation featured in our next KnitPicks!

Happy Sewing!
