Girl Charlee Fabrics :: NEW Sewing Patterns from SBCC

Girl Charlee Fabrics welcomes our newest sewing pattern designer - SBCC Patterns - to our collection of independent sewing patterns! Betsy, patternmaker for SBCC, was always a petite figure who struggled to find garments and sewing patterns that had the right proportions for her frame. SBCC was born as a way to help those with more of a petite build make clothes that fit properly. Below are a few of our favorites, but shop our entire selection of sewing patterns today!

SBCC Patterns
Fitting clothing for petites is about the right proportions, not just making clothing shorter. SBCC patterns are specifically designed for petites sizes XXS-3X. Stop altering and make clothing that fits you!

SBCC Pinot Pants Sewing Pattern ::
The Pinot Pants are your classic pull on pants with an updated silhouette featuring a front rise that sits below the natural waist, at the hips on the sides, and provides ample coverage in the back. The waistband is flat with no gathering or excess fullness. The pant is fitted through the waist, hip, and thighs, but has a micro-flare leg opening that can cover the tops of your shoes. Available in inseam lengths 27-31".

SBCC Limoncello Cardigan Sewing Pattern ::
This cardigan is perfect cover up for a tank top or a strapy dress. The front drape does not overwhelm a petite torso, and can conceal a fuller chest. It is fitted, but loose at the same time for maximum comfort.

SBCC Cosmo Maxi Skirt Sewing Pattern ::
You know those yoga pants you wear on the weekends? Why not up the style ante and keep the comfort of a yoga waistband with the sophistication of a long flared maxi skirt? Easy to wear on your errands with flip flops, but pair it with a dressy top and some wedge sandals for an elegant look. This skirt is perfect for the stick-straight petites, but also for the curvy girls who aren’t afraid to show it off. Silhouette is engineered to taper higher than normal and the flared hem is not too overwhelming. If you need it shorter, roll the waistband. If you need it longer, extend the waistband so the seam falls at the hips. This easy maxi skirt sewing pattern sews up in a minimal amount of time.
