Tutorial Tuesday :: Baseball Tee Sewing Round Up

I recently noticed this new trend of printed and brightly colored baseball t-shirts, and I LOVE it! Raglan sleeve tees are comfortable and figure flattering and especially easy to sew! When searching for the right sewing tutorial, I discovered there were several great tutorial options for you and your family. Below are a few of my favorites. Enjoy!

Leanna Barlow of Elle Apparel recently put together her very first video tutorial on sewing a Baseball Sleeve Tee, and it is perfect for visual learners. This tutorial is so simple and easy to follow that you'll be sure to make several tees in no time!

What I love about this Raglan Tee Tutorial from It's Always Autumn is that it shows you step-by-step how to draft your own pattern in any size. Autumn is very thorough in her descriptions and uses several pictures to take you every step of the way. Once your self-drafted pattern is complete, you'll discover just how quick of a sew this tee is!

When you sign up for her newsletter, Melissa Mora of Melly Sews sends out this FREE Raglan Sewing Pattern for her readers! The pattern comes in a size small, but in it she also links to her post about resizing patterns if you need to make it larger or smaller. Melissa also links to posts about sewing with knits, hemming, and more! This is an excellent resource for all sewists.

On her blog, Emily of Nap Time Creations shares one of her first ever sewing patterns, a Kid's Raglan T-shirt. The pattern is available in sizes 18m-6T, so it will last for awhile while your little ones grow. I love that she put together such fun colored fabrics in her raglans.
