Tutorial Tuesday :: Swimwear Sewing Round Up

One essential sew this summer is to make a swimsuit! With the right fabrics and resources, sewing swimwear can be surprisingly easy to do. On the hunt for the perfect sewing tutorial, I found several excellent how-to's for sewing swimwear, so below is a round up of different tutorials and patterns. Sew Mama Sew featured Laura of My Little Nook to offer this incredible Swimsuit Pattern and Tutorial guest post. My favorite thing about this tutorial is how detailed the instructions for measuring yourself are. Accurate measurements are crucial for obtaining the proper fit, and Laura helps you get that perfect fitting swimsuit!
Swimsuit Tips and Tricks by Pattern Revolution
Girl Charlee partnered up with Becca Duval of Pattern Revolution to create this very helpful guide to sewing a swimsuit, full of excellent tips and tricks. Becca combined the Named Clothing Virna Mini Top Sewing Pattern and the high-waisted option of the Jocole Ladies Basic Brief Bottoms Sewing Pattern to make her perfect two-piece swimsuit.
