Girl Charlee Fabrics :: NEW Named Clothing Sewing Pattern Spring/Summer 2015 Preview


The Named Clothing 2015 Spring/Summer Collection TICKET is now available exclusively for Girl Charlee customers! This amazing sewing pattern collection is inspired by travel and tourism and features their usual unique style and detailing that take the usual staples to extraordinary. I can hardly wait to sew these up!

Named Clothing
Named is an independent clothing pattern label founded by Finnish sisters Saara and Laura Huhta. Named garments are a combination of Scandinavian clean-lined simplicity and interesting details. Named launches two main collections a year, and the patterns have five levels of difficulty, which means that anyone from a beginner to a more experienced sewer can find patterns suited to their skill level.
The Augusta Hoodie is a straight-cut raglan sleeve hoodie with slanted welt pockets at front, piping detail at the sleeve, and ribbed cuffs and hem. The hood section is lined and there are snap button closures at the front. This pattern comes with sizes US 0 to 14. This is an advanced level sewing pattern. Suggested fabrics are medium weight and soft knit fabrics such as sweatshirt knit or french terry.

Named Clothing Asaka Kimono Sewing Pattern ::
The Asaka Kimono is an open-front kimono with wide cut sleeves, a relaxed fit, longline hem and a two-piece sleeve with a deep vent. This pattern comes with sizes US 0 to 18.This is an average level sewing pattern. Suggested fabrics are lightweight fabrics with a good drape such as crepe de chine, peach skin, and chiffon.

The Delphi Layered Dress is a relaxed maxi-length jersey dress with a layered top that is slightly longer at the back. This dress features an elastic waist and spaghetti straps that twist at the back. This pattern comes with sizes US 0 to 18. This is an average level sewing pattern. Suggested fabrics are lightweight knits with a good drape such as cotton jersey and jersey rayon.

Named Clothing Beverly Twisted Bikini Sewing Pattern :: 
The Beverly Twisted Bikini includes the top and bottom, and both are fully lined for added comfort. The top is unpadded with a clip clasp closure at the back and wide halterneck straps that are twisted at the front. The bottoms are a flattering regular waist cut with a twist detail at the front. This pattern comes with sizes US 0 to 14. This is an average level sewing pattern. Suggested fabrics are light swimwear knits such as lycra spandex and try a stretch mesh for the bottom liner.
